Information & Application Form

·        Set up time is Wednesday  05/26/10 from 10am to 9pm.

·        Most Spaces are 10’x 10’, Indoors and outdoors so bring your own ext. electrical cords and power strips, etc. these are not provided (Very limited elec. outlets select boxes in the hall and on grounds)   

·        If you required a bigger space than 10 x 10 larger spaces are available for an extra cost.

·        Vendors must be COMPLETELY set up and operational by 9 PM 04/01/09 night.

·        Vendors must clean site before leaving at 9 PM for indoor (Outdoor by 10M)

·        Bring picture ID (name on ID must match our welcome list)

****All Vendor Vehicles Must Be In Vendor Parking****

 

Registration Fees: (due by march. 25th, 2010) – Limited Spaces Available (450)

All booths include Insurance (except Food vendors)

Indoor booth Include: Table, Chairs, Backdrop skirting & Carpet   

 

25) Indoor Booths (14 booths available)

1.      Information Booth table space (main area) $135.00

2.      Merchandise Booth 10’ X 10’ space (main area) $350.00

 

75) Indoor Convention Booths

1.      10’ X 15’ space (single) $350.00

2.      20’ X 15’ space (double) $400.00

3.      20’ X 30’ space (Center) $500.00

 

Outdoor Booth includes: Tent, Sidewalls and Electric

1.      10’ X 10’ space (single) $475.00

2.      20’ X 10’ space (double) $700.00

3.      20’ X 20’ space (Center) $735.00

4.      Trailer space $800.00

5.      Food Competition area spaces $135 (competition fee $ 35.00 included) (cooking space is 20’X 20’w/trailer space next to it)

 

Food vendors and food competitors must provide proof of insurance (1 million liabilities)

And send menus by Feb, 20th 2010 and comply with all health department ordinances.
